Payment Terms and Shipping Information
Payments
We accept Visa and MasterCard and all transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.
If you do not have a credit card and would still like to purchase something,
please contact us via the contact us page for more information.
Your payments are processed online using a secure SSL+ encryption. Your credit card details are transmitted direct to your credit card agency; we do not store your card details.
It is illegal to purchase goods using a false name or with an invalid or stolen credit card, even if the site accepts such a purchase.
Shipping
All merchandise is shipped by courier. You must provide us with a physical address and contact phone number as the merchandise will need to be signed for.
The areas for shipping are as follows:
- Wellington: Wellington city area covers to the following: Wainuiomata, Upper Hutt and Plimmerton
- North Island: Areas not otherwise covered by the Wellington delivery zone.
- South Island
Delivery is generally overnight for central city areas and 2-3 days for all other areas. However, we cannot expressly guarantee delivery times.
We do not currently ship outside of New Zealand. If you are outside New Zealand and are wishing to make a purchase, please contact us via the contact us page.
We reserve the right to choose which company delivers our goods.
